This overview is about the Volkswagen of America, which will had two major issues: defining the governance and development of the task directives. Matulovic, the new key information official, faced a whole lot of issues such as start up business architecture, limited funding and increasing pressure from his peers. Such as the past, company had been through the cycle of ups and downs, VWAG started out diversifying it is product offerings in the early 2000s. Consequently , VWoA, an American subsidiary, began responding to these new projects by increasing the buildings of their operations so as to meet this new global diversification strategy. IT was one of the key areas affected by this kind of change and had to adapt to this new paradigm as well as to other changes just like e-Commerce applications. They integrated a new process where the published projects from all the sections over 3 phases were reviewed and the one that aligned with the firm goals was selected. However after going through the initial iteration, the organization managers noticed that there were some obvious problems with the new prioritization process.
