Abstract – These guidance give you standard guidelines to get preparing the journal top quality paper to get the Meeting Proceedings. The Proceedings will be published within a CD-ROM (color) and documents may also be posted later in print (B& W). CD-ROM Proceedings will be available on the Conference. The conventional length of the paper must be kept to six (6) internet pages maximum. I. INTRODUCTION

2. GENERAL GUIDELINES

A. Newspaper Size
